IS THERE A PARKING LOT?
There is a parking lot for 6 cars on site, free of charge. No reservations can be made.
HOW FAR IS THE PORT?
The port is a 5 minute walk from the foot path (150m) or a 5 minute drive (600m) from the main road.
CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE?
There is room in the reception where you can leave your luggage for free.
WHAT ABOUT ACCOMMODATION TAX?
Accommodation tax is 2€ per night per room and is not included in the room price.
IS THE HOTEL PET FRIENDLY?
Dogs are allowed upon request.
DO YOU HAVE FAMILY ROOMS?
We can accommodate up to 3 people in our studios. No extra beds or baby cots are available for the time being.
IS THERE BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN OUR STAY?
Breakfast is not served on site. You can use the kitchen facilities in the room to prepare your meals.
ARE THERE SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?
Yes, there are available safe deposit boxes in the rooms.
ARE YOU IN FRONT OF A BEACH?
There is a rocky beach where there is a ladder to use in order to get into the water, only 30m away from the accommodation. The nearest organized pebbly beach is about 500m from the studios.
IS THE HOTEL OF WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS?
At a distance of 150m from the studios, you can find super markets, cafes, tavernas as well as a bus stop and a taxi station and at a distance of about 500m, one can find more super markets, bakeries, butcheries and fruit shops.
HOW CAN WE GET TO THE DIFFERENT BEACHES?
There is a private bus service for a different beach every day. There are, also, taxis and daily boat excursions.
HOW CAN I RESERVE A STUDIO?
You can book by sending an email to the hotel with your request, by phone (viber/WhatsApp available), or by any other booking platform. Contacting the hotel, you are sure to get the most advantageous rate and have access to all available rooms.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO PAY IN ORDER TO MAKE A BOOKING?
There are two ways to book your studio. You can either make a bank deposit of 1/3 of the total amount of your stay or your credit card details are required as a guarantee for your reservation in case of late cancellation or a no-show. In this case, an authorization form should be filled out, signed and sent back to us.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy claims that you can cancel your reservation without charge 21 days prior to your arrival. If you fail to comply, you will be billed 30% of your total stay. A no-show could result in additional fees equivalent to your total stay.
DO YOU OFFER TRANSFER SERVICES FROM THE PORT?
No, but we can arrange any taxi transfer for you. If you need a pick up upon arrival, we may arrange this with your reservation.
